People probably wondering what's green cake 
taste? Hmm interesting.. that was my colleague said, but after she tried she love it! Green cake is common in Indonesia, we called it "Pandan cake or Bolu Pandan" made from pandanus liquid. Some parts in Indonesia people are still using fresh pandanus leave and smashed it into a liquid to make the green color but in the city people just using food coloring with pandanus flavor as a short cut (lazy eh). My friends asked me to share recipe to them, but after I told them it is the same recipe as a sponge cake add with a green color, now every week they will bring some for me to taste.
