At Thai, Chinese or Vietnamese restaurant they called it "Crunchy Noodle" but as chinese Indonesian we called it "Ifumie". It's all the same taste, same recipe just the way we called it, I guess... It is one of my husband favourite food, every time I cook this dish he always ask for second.
